A night begins days earlier.
The visible part of an event lasts a few hours. Before that, the venue is measured, loads are calculated, towers go up, cable is run. This strip shows that part; the risk and the quality are both there.

Site survey and load calculation
Floor, height, power and vehicle access are measured on site. No quote is written before the truss span and the hanging load are calculated.

Build plan
Which crew is on site at what hour, which truck comes in where, when the strike ends: one schedule. The venue manager gets the same schedule.

On-site build
The tower goes up, the deck frame is set, lights are hung, the sound line is run. Every finished section is tested.

The event
Our crew sits at the lighting and sound desk for the whole programme. The second the lights dim is the second written on the morning schedule.

Strike
Everything we built, we take down with the same crew. The venue is handed back the way we received it.

Let us ask for your date first. The venue, the guest count and the moment the lights dim, we work out together afterwards.

We work from a specification, a site survey and a schedule. Start by phone or e-mail; we come out for the technical survey.
